Consumers/Public Tours

Australis Aquaculture is headquartered in Turners Falls, MA. Our indoor barramundi facility is a working farm and requires all of our staff and resources to carry out day-to-day operations. While we would love to accommodate all public tour requests, our daily operations require that we limit them to a quarterly basis per the following schedule:

Educator Tours

High school or college educators involved in culinary or environmental sciences may request special tours by appointment. Please use the email form below to request an educator tour.

Chef/Wholesale Buyer Tours

Chefs or wholesale/retail buyers should contact your Australis sales representative or complete the email form below to schedule a tour appointment.

Investor Tours

Institutional investment companies should contact Australis’ investor relations department or use the email form below to schedule a tour appointment. 

Tour Notes:

• If you are scheduled for a tour, please wear comfortable clothing that could get wet and rubber soled shoes (no high heels or open toed shoes) as a safety precaution.

• Tours last about one hour.

• We request that children be 12 years old or older and accompanied by a parent or guardian.

• Tours limited to 12 people.

• Australis reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to unforeseen circumstances.
