We couldn't have been more thrilled when Food Network celebrity chef Alexandra Guarnaschelli teamed up with Australis to serve our barramundi to thousands of foodies at the Monterey Bay Aquarium's annual 'Cooking For Solutions' gala. Buzz at the gala was that 'you have to try the barramundi' (ahem...)
