Australis Barramundi Featured on WGN-TV and Trump Chicago

Australis Barramundi was honored to be featured as part of G'Day USA - Australia Week 2010 at Trump Tower Chicago.

Over 500 chefs, media reps and consumers feasted on Australis Barramundi and other Australian fare at the Trump Chicago for the annual 'Escape the Winter: Experience Australia'gala event.

Watch renowned Chef Frank Brunacci of Trump  Chicago's 16 restaurant, and guest Aussie celebrity chefs, Simon Bryant of The Brasserie at Hilton Adelaide, cook up a mouth-watering barramundi dish live on nationally-syndicated WGN-TV.

Chef Simon has emerged as one of the country’s hottest young chefs, starring in a national television show called “The Cook and the Chef.”
