Barramundi a Star Dish on The Today Show!

Barramundi was among the top 5 ‘drool-worthy dishes on NBC’s Today Show story on Bon Appetit Magazine’s “America’s Best New Restaurants of 2011.  

Kudos to Travail Kitchen and Amusements in Robbinsdale, Minnesota and their pan roasted barramundi that won over Bon Appetit’s renowned restaurant critic, Andrew ‘The Foodist’ Knowlton and was selected as a top 5 star dish.  

Said Bon Appetit’s editor Adam Rapoport, “Barramundi is also known as the sustainable seabass. It’s really popular in Australia and is now becoming more popular in the States”.
