Barramundi, wheat flour, vegetable oil (canola, cottonseed and/or soybean), enriched wheat flour (enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), modified corn starch, water, enriched bleached wheat flour (enriched with niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yellow corn flour, salt, garlic powder, sugar, whey, onion powder, yeast, modified butter oil, dehydrated butter, maltodextrin, spice, guar gum, extractives of paprika, annatto, and turmeric (color).

Crispy Barramundi Tenders are meant to be cooked from its frozen state. No prep and no mess! To bake, simply pre-heat your oven to 425℉, remove the outer wrapper, place fish on a lined baking sheet and bake for 18 minutes until the fish flakes easily. To air fry, pre-heat your air fryer to 400℉ and fry frozen pieces for 13-15 minutes. Microwaving or cooking on stovetop are not recommended.
