Instructions

Step 1
Pat fish dry and season with salt and pepper on both sides.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a nonstick pan on medium heat.
Step 3
Add fish skin side down first and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Mix water, miso, soy sauce, and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Step 5
Pour sauce over fish and garnish with your favorite toppings.
