Step 1
Remove one The Better Fish Barramundi from the package and pat dry with a paper towel, set aside.
Step 2
Whisk tighter your egg and seasonings in a shallow bowl. Set aside. Then mix together your bread crumbs and crushed raw pecans, add this mixture to a large ziplock baggie. Set aside.
Step 3
Brush The Better Fish Barramundi with the egg wash and place in the baggie with the pecan mixture. Toss around gently to cover the fish completely in the pecan mixture.
Step 4
Spray the basket of your air fryer with the non-stick spray, place your coated fish in the basket, add some more pecans on top just for fun, and bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 F.
Step 5
Once done, remove The Better Fish Barramundi from the air fryer, cut into four servings, plate, and enjoy!
